Go where your product group is already strong. For each product group, this table shows the fairs where the most companies in that group exhibited in 2024 or later, from organizer exhibitor lists. It also gives the next confirmed dates. Buyers and retailers go where the suppliers are, and competitors' presence is a good signal of the audience.
Other things to weigh
- Trade days. Some fairs keep a day for trade visitors only; check the event page and the organizer site.
- Legal frame. What can be shown or sold differs by country; organizers publish their own exhibitor rules.
